Leadership Development

The OSA partners with colleagues within the Office of Student Affairs, with other staff and faculty and with community leaders to develop a variety of leadership development opportunities for students, including the following programs:

Leadership Consultations
Individual Leaders, Small Groups, and Organization Consultations

The staff of the Office of Student Activities (OSA) is available for consultations with individual student leaders, with small groups of leaders and with entire student organizations about ideas, concerns and/or challenges the leader or group faces with their role(s) as a leader or member within their student organization. This service is not individual counseling or group intervention, rather it is an opportunity for the leader or group to bounce ideas or ask for a different viewpoint about a situation happening within the organization.

To make an appointment, please contact Christopher Meaner, Director of Student Activities via E-mail at meanercm@carlow.edu or call 412-578-6069.
